Find My Carer carefully vet each applicant to ensure only the best of care for your loved one. Each carer undergoes a strict interviewing process before their profile becomes live on our website and they begin work for our clients. 

Background Checks

All of our carers are thoroughlly vetted prior to going live on our system.  We check the Disclosure & Barring Service to ensure suitability to work with the elderly. 


The carers listed on our site are all certified to work in the sector.  Whether they are carers or nurses we check they have the correct qualifications for the job.


When signing up we ask all our carers how much experience they have, and how recently they have worked in the industry.  Procedures change and we make sure our carers are current.


Our sign up process is thorough.  We check references, conduct a telephone interview and prior to commencing work our carers have an induction day with us.

Regular Assesments

Healthcare is an evolvoing industry.  We make sure our carers DBS, qualifications and certificates are kept up to date so you can be sure of the best quality care at all times.

Key Skills

Many of the carers on our site have experience with specific conditions such as Alzheimers, Parkinsons or COPD.  If you need an experienced nurse you’ll find them here.
